The hotel offered a convenient location.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning was ineffective, leaving us uncomfortable during the night. The staff's response to the situation was frustratingly slow. we had to repeatedly chase them for updates. Additionally, the shower pressure was disappointingly weak, which negatively impacted our stay.

The spacious room surprised us, and we loved being close to Villa Borghese. Only downside? The walls are a bit thin, but we made it work. A cozy base for our Roman adventures!

A warm welcome in Rome
From the moment I arrived, Vincenzo and the staff made me feel like part of the Relais family. The room, while compact, was beautifully clean and had all the essentials I needed for my stay. The air conditioning was a godsend in the heat of Rome, and the comfortable bed provided a great night's rest after exploring the city. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the reception staff—they guided me to local spots and even arranged transportation to the airport. The location couldn't be better, allowing for easy walks to nearby attractions like the stunning Borghese Gallery.
However, my stay wasn’t without its challenges. While I enjoyed the lively vibe of the area, the noise from the streets could be bothersome at night if you’re not used to city sounds. The shower also could use some improvements, as it was a bit slippery with only a shower curtain and no place to set toiletries besides the floor. Despite these minor issues, I found the overall experience pleasant.

The terrace overlooking the street offered a lovely space to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
The shower lacked a grab bar, making it quite slippery and potentially hazardous for guests.

the hotel's perfect location allowed me to walk to the stunning borghese gallery in just about 10 minutes and reach the iconic spanish steps in under 15 minutes, making my city strolls absolutely delightful while feeling safe and welcomed at all times.

Good value for the price, the room was clean and had excellent water pressure in the shower, making for a pleasant experience after long days of exploring. The staff, particularly Vicenzo, were friendly and helpful, facilitating an early check-in and even arranging transportation. However, the bed had a broken wooden base on one side, and while the location was decent, it required a significant uphill walk back from the city center. The homemade marmalade at breakfast added a special touch.

Had a fun stay with friends! The bed was super comfy, and we loved being close to the Borghese Gardens and checking out the Spanish Steps. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Plus, communication was a breeze. Don't miss out on their local recommendations — they really made our trip special.
Only downside was the tricky key situation. It was a bit confusing, especially at night. Just be ready for that.
